MZ Solar Consulting provided Engineering and Owner’s Representative Services for this Washington State Department of Commerce grant funded project to install 156.4kW PV + 567kWhs BESS across 21 rental units. This means each of the 21 rental units received about 7.3kW of PV + (2) Powerwall 3’s and SPAN panels for resiliency and savings.
